JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Kaylie: Once a week.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Kaylie: It depended on if they came on crowded day or not.
Most often I think it took like around 15 minutes
or so.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Kaylie: It was kinda big room. We had to sit on onde side
of the glass window and they would sit on the
other and talk through phones.
